MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin wrestling team fell to No. 28 Purdue, 33-7, at the UW Field House on Friday night.
At 125 pounds, No. 14 Zan Fugitt earned a 6-5 decision over Dustin Norris. Luke Mechler followed with a 12-0 major decision against Wyatt Krejsan at 157.
Wisconsin is now 4-10 on the season and 0-6 in conference play.
Looking Ahead
The Badgers will host Michigan State on Sunday, Feb. 9 in the UW Field House. The match will begin at 12:00 p.m. (CT) and will be streamed on B1G+.Â
