MADISON, WIS. - The Wisconsin women's basketball program and head coach Robin Pingeton have announced the signing of junior guard, Kyrah Daniels.Â
Daniels joins the Badgers after spending the past two seasons at Missouri State. As a sophomore, she started all 35 games for the Bears, averaging 12.0 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.1 steals per game. She also led the team in blocks, averaging 0.9 per game. Over the course of her career, she has scored 721 points and boasts shooting percentages of 39.6% from the field and 35.1% from three-point range.
Daniels is from Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and attended ThunderRidge High School. She comes from a basketball family, with her mother playing at Penn State and her father competing for the Canadian National Team in the Olympics. He also had a professional career, including a stint with the Denver Nuggets.
