Maryland transfer will be a junior eligibility next season
MADISON, Wis. – Wisconsin women's golf coach Todd Oerhlein announced on Tuesday the addition of transfer Tammy Wu to the roster for the 2025-26 season.
A native of Taichung, Taiwan, Wu will be a redshirt junior in eligibility in the fall after spending the last three seasons at Maryland.
This spring, Wu earned the best finish of her career and tied for 13th at the Spartan Suncoast Classic with a score of 216 (73-71-72). She also posted a score of 229 (75-77-77) at the Clemson Invitational and tied for 35th at the Terps Invitational with a score of 227 (74-74-79).
Wisconsin is coming off a sixth-place finish at the 2025 Big Ten Championships, the team's ninth top-6 finish in the last 15 Conference Championships.
