Badger contest against Alaska Anchorage moving for fans to watch the Packers game

MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin men's hockey game this Saturday against Alaska Anchorage at the Kohl Center will move to a 5 p.m. start for fans to be able to watch the Green Bay Packers wildcard playoff game.
No. 3 Wisconsin men's hockey (13-3-2, 8-2-0 Big Ten) returns to action this Friday and Saturday at the Kohl Center for its first home games since Nov. 15, a span of 54 days.
UW's game on Friday begins at 7 p.m. and marks its first BMO Chuck-A-Puck. Fans are asked to donate new or gently used recess equipment to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County in exchange for a puck to throw on the ice after the game. Prizes include 2026-27 season tickets, signed sticks and a jersey.
