
Wisconsin Men's Tennis : 2026 NCAA Tournament
After a phenomenal regular season, Wisconsin Men's Tennis returns to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2017. The Badgers posted a 17-6 regular season record, good for a .769 win percentage, the second-best in program history.
Wisconsin scored a 4-1 win over Samford in the First Round, advancing to the Second Round for the first time since 2017. The Badgers eventually fell to No. 5 Mississippi State in the Second Round.
In Head Coach Danny Westerman's 11th season at the helm, the Badgers finished 6th in the Big Ten (out of 14) and finished with an 18-8 record. All eight of UW's losses came to teams ranked in the top 25 of the ITA rankings.

Wisconsin vs. Samford - First Round - May 1
Wisconsin scored a 4-1 win over Samford in the First Round on Friday, posting wins at No. 2, No. 3, No. 5 and No. 6 singles after Samford claimed a closely-contest doubles point.
Senior Michael Minasyan clinched the match for UW, delivering Wisconsin's sixth all-time NCAA Tournament win and first since 2017.
