Wisconsin defender earns another opportunity to represent Canada on the international stage
MADISON, Wis. - Wisconsin women's soccer defender Jadea Collin has been called up to the Canada Women's U-20 National Team for the upcoming FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup Poland 2026.Â
The junior from Mississauga, Ontario, has established herself as a key member of the Badgers' backline after starting all 22 matches during the 2025 season and totaling 1,780 minutes. The defender has continued her development on the international stage, having represented Canada at the 2025 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup and helped the team capture the 2025 Concacaf Women's U-20 Championship.Â
Collin is one of 21 players named to Canada's roster for the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Poland. She previously represented Canada during a June international camp in Spain, where she appeared against Japan.Â
Collin's call-up marks another opportunity for the Badger standout to compete at the international level and represent both Canada and Wisconsin on one of the world's biggest stages.Â
