2015-16
Started all 35 games of the season earning Big Ten Freshman of the Year and third-team All-Big Ten honors ... All-Big Ten Defensive Team selection led the Big Ten in steals with 63 for the season and finished the year with at least one steal in 28 straight games ... ranked sixth in the Big Ten in rebounding (7.9 rpg) and shot a team-high 53.8 percent from the floor ... just the third NCAA freshman in over 20 years to tally 400 points, 60 steals and 30 blocks, joining Texas' Kevin Durant and Pitt's Dujuan Blair ... set UW freshman records for points (434), rebounds (278), steals (63) and double-doubles (10) ... first UW freshman to average 10+ points per game since Alando Tucker (12.0) in 2002-03 ... just the third freshman ever to start the season opener under retired head coach Bo Ryan ... had a team-high 14 points and 12 rebounds against Notre Dame in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament (3/25) ... had 18 points and seven rebounds in a win over Xavier in the second round of the NCAA tournament (3/20) ... in his NCAA tournament debut, Happ recorded a game-high 15 points, nine rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block in a win vs. Pittsburgh (3/18) ... led the Badgers with 17 points, seven rebounds, two steals and two assists vs. Nebraska in the Big Ten tournament (3/10) ... had a double-double (20 points, 12 rebounds), while also snatching a career-high six steals vs. Illinois (2/21) ... career-high 25 points (10-15 FG), eight rebounds, four steals and two blocks vs. #19 Indiana (1/26) ... scored the game-winning layup with 10 seconds remaining and finished with 14 points and eight rebounds in UW's upset vs. #4 Michigan State (1/17) ... posted back-to-back double-doubles against Georgetown (12 pts, 11 reb) and VCU (12 pts, 10 reb) at the 2015 2K Classic at Madison Square Garden and became the first UW freshman with consecutive double-doubles since Mike Wilkinson in 2002

A two-time AP first-team All-State selection as both a junior and senior ... averaged a double-double (33 ppg, 15 rbg) as a senior at Rockridge High School and led the Rockets to a 28-1 record and No. 1 ranking in Class 2A ... as a sophomore, earned AP honorable-mention All-State honors and recorded 15 points, 11 rebounds, two blocks and two assists per game ... named MVP of U-18 Albert Schweitzer Tournament in Germany, averaging 19.1 ppg, 10.7 rbg, 3.4 spg and 1.9 bpg through seven games
