Biography

2018-19: Rowed three seat and took third place in lightweight four at IRA National Championships (June 2)…rowed three seat and took second place in lightweight four A at Eastern Sprints (May 5)…rowed one seat and took fourth place in lightweight eight petite final at Knecht Cup, and rowed two seat and took third place in lightweight four petite final at Knecht Cup (April 14)…rowed one seat and took sixth place in novice eight at San Diego Crew Classic (April 7)

High School: Competed for six years in Cross Country, earning four varsity letters and being named captain her senior year…also competed for six years in Nordic Skiing, earning five varsity letters…senior captain, All-Conference in 2016, 2017 and 2018, MVP in 2018…Sectional team champions (2016) and Conference Team Champions (2018)

Personal: Parents are Sarah and Greg Pflaster…has two brothers, John and Peter…major is Industrial Engineering

Reason for choosing UW-Madison: I chose UW-Madison for its outstanding academics, great school spirit, and location in one of the best college towns in the country. Everyone at this school is well-rounded and driven, which is an exciting community to be a part of.
