Biography

2018-19: Rowed two seat and took sixth place in novice eight at San Diego Crew Classic (April 7)

High School: Competed as a gymnast for 15 years, earning five varsity letters…individual state appearance in beam and floor in 2018…two-year varsity captain and voted Most Valuable Player in 2018…played soccer for six years and earned two varsity letters…competed in the high jump and 4x800 meter relay in track and field, earning one varsity letter

Personal: Parents are John Sundeen and Tricia Hamak-Sundeen…has two sisters, Alicia and Jill

Reason for choosing UW-Madison: I chose UW-Madison because of the people, academics, and athletics. The inclusive atmosphere and culture that comes with being a top performing Big Ten school is unimaginable.

What Wisconsin rowing means to you: Wisconsin Rowing means women from all types of backgrounds coming together and working towards something greater than ourselves. It means pushing yourself to the breaking point for your teammates in order to strive for greatness.
