2019 Outdoor: Competed in the 400 meter hurdles at the Big Ten Championships (5/10) and took ninth in the preliminary round with a time of 52.19.... won the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 53.31 and also competed as a member of the winning 4x100 relay that came through in 41.12 and also was a part of the 4x400 relay that finished runner-up with an overall time of 3:14.20 at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/3) ... was a member of the 4x400 relay squad that placed 25th with an overall time of 3:14.67 at the Penn Relays (4/26)
2019 Indoor: Ran the 400 meter leg of the distance medley relay with a split of 48.65 and helped the relay to a seventh place finish with their overall time of 9:34.74 at the NCAA Indoor Championships (3/8) ... was a member of the winning distance medley relay that came through with an overall time of 9:44.62 at the Big Ten Championships (2/22-23) ... took third overall in the 400 meters with a personal best time of 49.48 at the Red & White Classic (2/15) ... helped the Wisconsin 4x400 relay to a tenth place finish in the premier race with an overall time of 3:15.74 at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (1/18-19

2018 Outdoor: Ran the 400 meter hurdles in 52.22 to finish 34th overall at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships (5/24) ... finished 21st overall in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:05.19 at the Big Ten Championships (5/11) ... earned a personal best in the 400 hurdles with a time of 52.00 and also was part of the DMR relay that finished runner-up in 9:35.19, the No. 3 time in school history, at the National Relays (4/27-28) ... was the runner-up in the 400 meter hurdles with a personal best time of 52.19 at the Beach Invitational (4/21) ... finished 11th in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 53.28 at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/20) ... took a runner-up finish in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 53.40 and placed third in the 400 meters, crossing the line in 49.04 at the Spec Towns Invite (4/6-7) ... won the 400 meter hurdles with a personal best time of 52.50 at the California Collegiate Open (3/31)

2017 Outdoor: Finished 22nd in the 400 hurdles at the Big Ten Championships (5/12-14) clocking in at 56.21 ... won the 400 hurdles at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/5) in a personal-best time of 53.49 ... finished in fifth with a run of 58.97 in the 400 meter hurdles at the John McDonnell Invitational (4/22) ... placed sixth in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 53.81 at the Jim Click Shootout (4/8)
2017 Indoor: Took third in the 400 meters with a time of 49.73 at the Badger Icebreaker (1/14) while also helping Wisconsin win the 4x400 meter relay ...

As a junior, led his 4x800m relay to a state title and school record at the WIAA Track and Field Championships, earning all-state honors … competed at the 2013 Penn Relays in the 4x800m relay … his team won the WIAA Division I Track and Field State Championships three straight years from 2011-2013 … helped the Spartans to four straight Greater Metro Conference team titles … earned all-conference honors his sophomore, junior and senior seasons … also played soccer, serving as captain and earning MVP honors in 2013 … coached by Mike Steiner and Randy Bucheger
