AreaRED Card Sports Pass
A great way for UW students to attend Wisconsin Athletic Varsity Sports events is with the AreaRED Card Sports Pass which provides access to students to secure a student ticket, based on availability, to home regular season women's basketball, volleyball, wrestling, softball and women's hockey events, all for just $55. Ticket price is inclusive of per ticket fees. This is nearly 70 home dates, giving you a terrific savings over individual game prices. Please note the AreaRED Card Sports Pass is not valid for the Opening Spike Classic volleyball matches at the Kohl Center on August 29 and 31.
AreaRED Card Sports Passes went on-sale on Monday, August 4 and are no longer available for sale for the 2025-26 athletic seasons.
AreaRED Card Sports Pass holders may be claim up to one (1) ticket the Monday prior to each event online, based on availability, by visiting go.wisc.edu/arearedcard. Your password is your student ID number. Tickets will remain available until the AreaRED Card allotment is exhausted for each event. Therefore, there is no guarantee of ticket availability to every AreaRED Card Sports Pass holder.

Student Single Game Tickets
UW-Madison students may purchase up to two (2) student single game tickets per event in advance, based upon availability, by logging into their online student account. Availability varies by event.
Volleyball student single match tickets are currently on-sale. Day-of-match student single match sales are at Gate B or Gate C for matches at the UW Field House, or Gate B for matches at the Kohl Center.
Women’s basketball student single game tickets will go on-sale beginning in mid-October. Day-of-game student single game tickets are available at Gate B at the Kohl Center.
Due to limited student ticket availability, there are no student single game ticket sales for women’s hockey games at La Bahn Arena.
Wrestling student tickets will go on-sale at a later date.
ADA Student Ticket Information
Seating for students with accessible needs is available at all venues.
For volleyball matches at the UW Field House, students with accessible needs should visit the Guest Services kiosk, located on the Northwest concourse under section U, to be directed to an available accessible seating area.
For volleyball matches at the Kohl Center, students with accessible needs request accessible seating when entering the Student Gate to claim their reserved seat in the student section after scanning their student voucher for entry. Up to three (3) contiguous student accessible companion seats may be provided to accompany the student with accessible needs.
For women’s hockey games at La Bahn arena, students needing game day ADA exchanges should visit the Guest Services counter located behind Section 16.
