2017: Started all 52 games for Wisconsin at shortstop and batting third … had a 12-game hitting streak from April 22 to May 20, recording 16 hits in the span … Wyderski had 18 multi-hit games, ranking seventh in single-season records, and 12 multi-RBI games, which also ranks seventh … her 44 RBI ranked second on the team and ranks sixth in UW’s single season records … logged the second-best batting average on the team at .356 and the second-best slugging percentage at .557 … led the team with 129 assists … hit two home runs against both Hofstra (2/19) and Colorado State (3/11) … also hit three doubles against Colorado State (3/12) to tie a program single-game high … knocked in four RBI on two hits against Northwestern (3/26) … twice recorded three hits against Iowa (4/7 and 4/9) …named to the All-Big Ten Second Team … recorded the program’s second-most hits (4) in the Big Ten Tournament, while her two doubles in the tournament tie for the most … named to the NFCA All-Great Lakes Region second team, as well as the NCAA Tournament All-Region Team … received the team’s Newcomer of the Year award
Of Note: Transfer from Loyola University Chicago … As a freshman, started all 50 games at shortstop and put together one of the best freshman seasons in Loyola history, setting rookie records with 12 home runs and 37 RBI ... led the team in batting average (.302), OPS (.928), runs scored (27) and doubles (9) while finishing second in stolen bases (9) ... opened career with a hit in each of her first five games and hit homers in each of the opening two games ... as a sophomore, played and started 38 games … racked up 32 runs and team-high 33 RBI while recording the second-highest batting average on the team (.416) … led the Ramblers with 10 doubles and nine home runs… earned two Missouri Valley Conference weekly honors
