Morocco Brown

Morocco Brown joined the Wisconsin football program in June of 2026 as the Badgers' General Manager. He joined the Badgers after a 25-year career in the NFL front offices of the Colts, Browns, Commanders and Bears.

As General Manager, Brown oversees all roster management, player personnel and operations for Wisconsin Football, working alongside head coach Luke Fickell and his staff.

Brown came to Wisconsin after eight seasons working with the Colts as the Chief Personnel Executive (2023-25) and Director of College Scouting (2017-22). Working under former Wisconsin football player and current Colts General Manager Chris Ballard, Brown managed Indianapolis's college football department and contributed to the franchise's annual roster breakdown.

Prior to his time with the Colts, Brown served as the Vice President of Player Personnel for the Cleveland Browns (2014-16). He also spent six years as a Director of Pro Personnel for the Washington Commanders (2008-13), including the 2012 NFC East Championship season.

Following scouting internships with the Colts and Commanders, Brown's first full-time role came as an Assistant Director of Pro Personnel with the Chicago Bears for seven years (2001-08), helping the franchise to three NFC North titles and an appearance in the 2007 Super Bowl.

A 1999 graduate of NC State, Brown was a four-year letterwinner and served as team captain his senior season. As a middle linebacker, he led the Wolfpack in tackles for three straight seasons and was twice named honorable mention All-ACC. Brown and his wife, Kendra, have two sons, Macari and Macaiden, as well as a daughter, Makailyn.
