Rob Wilson has appeared in 114 games in his career at Wisconsin, flashing his athleticism and scoring ability when given the opportunity. Wilson's 2010-11 season was slowed by a hamstring injury suffered in the preseason, and resulted in just 23 appearances and two starts. Wilson owns a pair of double-digit scoring games in his career. The soft-spoken Ohio native earned his fearless reputation as a freshman when he came off the bench and tried to dunk over UConn's 7-foot-3 Hasheem Thabeet twice in the second half, drawing fouls on both plays and converting all 4 free throws.
Wilson tied a school record with 7 3-pointers and scored a career-high 30 points against Indiana in the 2012 Big Ten Tournament. |
