2022-23 (Senior): Placed 15th at IRA Championships rowing with the second varsity eight boat.

2021-22 (Junior): Academic All Big Ten. Rowed with varsity eight in seat 9 and helped lead the Badgers to one of their best seasons in years.

2020-21 (Sophomore): Rowed with second varsity at Marietta College (April 3) ... 

2019-20 (Freshman): Rowed two seat in collegiate 8B and took first place at Bald Eagle Invitational (Nov. 2) ... rowed first seat in novice 4, B-boat, and took first place at Bald Eagle Invitational (Nov. 2) ... Spring season canceled due to COVID-19. 

High School: Rowed for three years, earning three letters ... earned all-state honors ... placed 4th at HOCR ... played basketball for four years, earning three letters ... was on his high school's first team to make state finals appearance

Personal: Parents are Christina Frederiks and David Frederiks ... father is a doctor and mother is a real estate agent ... has one sibling, Fiona ... major is statistics ... pursuing a certificate in mathematics
