High School
Senior year won the MHSAA D2 State Championships in cross country, the 1600 meters, and the 3200 meters, won the Mid-East Cross Country Championship, placed ninth in the 5000 meters at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals, finished 14th at the Food Locker National Championships, set the school cross country record at the Shiawassee County Invitational, and was named Michigan Gatorade Cross Country Runner of the Year … as a junior, was runner-up at the state cross country meet, won the 3200 meters at the state track meet, won the two miles at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals, placed 11th in the two miles at the New Balance Indoor Nationals … sophomore year finished fifth at the state cross country meet and won the 3200 meters at the state track meet … as a freshman, placed 56th at the state cross country meet and finished 11th in the 3200 meters at the state track meet.
