Why Wisconsin: I chose UW - Madison because of the excellent psychology program, but I was also very excited that they had a lightweight rowing team, which meant that I could continue practicing the sport that I loved in high school. The University of Wisconsin-Madison offers numerous avenues for both academic and personal development.

What Wisconsin rowing means to you: Rowing allowed me to work and better myself and that the most valuable reward was self-improvement and the relationships formed with like-minded individuals.  As someone who values these traits. This would provide me with opportunities for improving myself and forging meaningful relationships.
