Reason for choosing UW-Madison: Madison is my hometown and I have always loved this area. I figured if I live so close to a school like this I would be crazy not to go here.

What Wisconsin Rowing means to you: Rowing means a lot of hard work and dedication. A rower has to have an invincible state of mind that she can do whatever she sets her mind to and to give everything she has. You not only have to be committed to doing your best, but to being a great teammate as well. Having teammates who have your back is what reinforces the drive to improve.
