2012-13 Singles: Netted a 5-18 overall singles record in her first year in Madison, while appearing predominantly at No. 3 singles ... all of her wins came during the spring season, when she went 5-16 with a 2-8 Big Ten record ... went 1-2 at No. 2, 2-6 at No. 3, 0-3 at No. 4 and 2-5 at No. 5 ... faced two nationally-ranked opponents and dropped both matches ... went 0-2 during a fall season while she dealt with injuries ... season highlight came when she blew past Katie Zordani, 6-1, 6-1 in the Iowa match to set the stage for a trilling Senior Day comeback for UW

2012-13 Doubles: Went 6-14 on the doubles side, with a 2-8 conference mark ... nearly all of her appearances came at No. 2 doubles, where she teamed with Anastasia Tripolskaya to post a 4-11 record ... went 1-1 with Tripolskaya in two matches at No. 1, and 1-2 in three appearances at No. 3 ... went 0-2 against ranked opponents ... strongest performance came against No. 52 Ohio State, where she and Tripolskaya took down Kelsey Dieters and Grainne O'Neill at No. 2, 8-2

Before Wisconsin: Played for the Heritage Academy at Hilton Head Island under head coach Jolene ... earned a national doubles title as a freshman, and only lost one doubles match as a sophomore ... made deep runs in the tournaments in both her junior and senior years, reaching the finals of a sectional tournament as a junior before making the finals of a southern level three tournament as a senior ... earned the Social Studies award and volunteered at the Montclair food kitchen while in high school ... played basketball and was a member of the swimming team in addition to tennis

Personal: Parents are Edward and Maureen Hoch ... has one sibling, a brother named Matthew, 28 ... intends to major in psychology ... likes writing, music and photography ... when she's not on the tennis court, she enjoys hanging out with friends or watching TV
