Qualified for his first NCAA Championships ...  automatically qualified by placing sixth at the Big Ten conference tournament ... compiled a 21-14 record ... lead the team for the second year in a row in reversals (12) ... went 6-5 in overall dual action, with a 4-5 slate in conference action ... faced the most ranked opponents on the team with 19 ... defeated Maryland's No. 12 Ryan Diehl by a 10-0 major decision ... picked up key ranked wins against Indiana's No. 13 Cole Weaver and Purdue's No. 15 Nate Limmex ... ranked as high as 20th by Intermat
