Men's Tennis Falls to Santa Clara

The 74th-ranked Santa Clara University upset the 55th-ranked Wisconsin men's tennis team, 7-0. The Badgers fall to 6-7 while the Broncos improved to 11-4 with their eighth straight victory.

The Badgers won only one match up as the duo of Justin Baker and Danny Westerman won the No. 2 doubles, 8-6, over Taylor Bedilion and Michael Bruggemann of Santa Clara.

Scott Green went to three sets at No. 5 singles before falling to Francesco Zepponi 6-4, 4-6, 6-4.

Wisconsin resumes its Big Ten Conference schedule on April 6 when they take in the Indiana Hoosiers in Bloomington, Ind.
