Lewis notched six solo stops and one assist for the East, which lost 28-7 to UNLV Coach John Robinson's West squad.
Lewis will join Badger head coach Barry Alvarez, and fellow former teammates Jim Sorgi and Jeff Mack in Florida later this month for The Villages Gridiron Classic. Lewis earned first-team All-Big Ten honors this past season, finishing as the Badgers' third-leading tackler with 89 stops.
