ESPN to Air Outback Bowl Preview Special

The Tampa Bay area will be highlighted this week as the Outback Bowl Preview Special will be televised on ESPN and ESPN2. The ESPN telecast is set for Friday, Dec. 24 at noon Central time and the ESPN2 airing will be Tuesday, Dec. 28 at 2:30 p.m. Central.
The half-hour show is produced by the bowl and looks at the matchup between Wisconsin and Georgia, while highlighting numerous Tampa Bay Area amenities. Areas highlighted in this year's show include such items as Tampa's Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Channelside, Ybor City, the St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Arts, Honda Grand Prix, Brooker Creek Preserve and area beaches.
The show also previews the upcoming game between the Badgers and Bulldogs with team highlights and interviews. ESPN's Rob Stone hosts the show.
The Badgers and the Bulldogs will face off at 10 a.m. Central time Jan. 1. ESPN will provide live television coverage of the game.
