Wisconsin in 11th After Round Two

After shooting 300 in the second round of the Big Ten Championship, Wisconsin remained in 11th place with a 36-hole total of 599. The tournament is being played at the par 71, 6,704-yard University of Michigan Golf Course.
Kevin Tassistro leads his teammates at four-over par. He is tied for 24th with scores of 74-72=146. Freshman Garrett Jones turned in a two-round total of 150 and is tied for 42nd. One stroke behind him is junior Dylan Esterling with a 151. After leading UW through the first round, Ryan Conn finished with 73-82=155 and is tied for 50th. Also competing, Brian Brodell carded scores of 82-78=160.
Ohio State took a strong lead in the second round by matching its first round score of 279 for a total 558 on Saturday. The Buckeyes are led by Kevin Hall who has a seven stroke lead on the individual leader board. He is at 11-under with 66-65=131.
The field begins play at 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning to finish the championship with a final 18-hole round.
