The Wisconsin football team (3-3, 0-3 Big Ten) gets back on the road this Saturday as the Badgers face off against the Iowa Hawkeyes (4-3, 1-2 Big Ten) at Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City. Saturday 's kickoff is set for 11 a.m. and will be shown live on the Big Ten Network as well as broadcast throughout the state on the objectid=2CF4E6EA-FEB0-48A7-B0960426D8E9F19C"> --> Badger Radio Network , including 1310 AM and 101.5 FM in the Madison area.

Saturday's matchup will be the 84th meeting between the two teams. The Badgers hold a slim 41-40-2 all-time series lead, including a win in each of the last two contests. For the fifth-straight season, the two teams will be playing for the Heartland Trophy. Designed by former Iowa football player Frank Strub, the trophy consists of a 30 'x36'x18' brass bull on a walnut base. Inscribed on the side of the trophy is the result of all the games in the long-time series. Iowa won the inaugural contest in 2004 and retained the trophy in an upset win at Camp Randall in 2005. UW visited Kinnick Stadium in 2006 and brought the trophy back to Madison where it has been since.
The Badgers enter Saturday's game ranked second in the league with 200.2 rushing yards per game and fourth in pass defense (200.3). UW's offense is led by running back athid=5628&deptid=111"> --> P.J. Hill's 95.0 yards per game and the tight end tandem of athid=5568&deptid=111"> --> Travis Beckum and athid=5626&deptid=111"> --> Garrett Graham who combined have totaled 384 yards and three touchdowns.
Iowa's defense has only allowed 10.9 points and less than 100 yards rushing per contest. RB Shonn Greene is averaging 133.9 yards/game, while QB Ricky Stanzi has thrown for seven touchdowns and 1,006 yards in seven games.
