
Badgers move to No. 8

After a 13-10 win at Fresno State Saturday night, the Wisconsin football team (3-0) has moved up to No. 8 in the USA Today Coaches' Poll and the Associate Press Poll . Wisconsin is now the highest-ranked team from the Big Ten after Ohio State lost this week and fell to No. 13/14.
USC remains atop the polls after defeating Ohio State while Oklahoma, Georgia, Florida and Missouri round out the top-5 in each of the rankings.
Penn State is now ranked No. 16/15 and Illinois, previously unranked in the coaches ' poll, is now resting at No. 22/23.
The Badgers have a bye this week before traveling to Ann Arbor, Mich. to take on the Michigan Wolverines to open the Big Ten season on Sept. 27.
