FRENCH LICK, Ind.- The Wisconsin men’s golf team remains in 11th place after 54-holes of the 72-hole Big Ten Championship with a 304-308-304—916.
Five-time defending champion Illinois remains in first place of the tournament held at the very tough par 72 Pete Dye Course in French Lick, Ind., with a 6-over par 291-294-285—870. Leading individually is Thomas Pieters of Illinois, who posted 6-under par 70-70-70—210.
Leading the Badgers is Chris Meyer, who is tied for 24th with a 10-over par 77-76-73—226.
John Gullberg is currently tied for 37th with a 74-76-79—229. Zach Balit is tied for 39th with a 76-78-76—230. Thomas O'Bryan is tied for 44th, carding a 77-78-76—231. Rob Jacobsen is tied for 58th with a 79-83-79—241.
The Big Ten Championship concludes Sunday starting at 8 a.m.
