TEAM NOTES
- Wisconsin improved to 9-1 on the season, marking the fourth time UW has won nine of its first 10 games under Bo Ryan.
- Bo Ryan is now 330-122 (.730) during his 14 years at Wisconsin, and improved to 14-0 all-time against Milwaukee.
- The Badgers improved to 31-1 all-time against Milwaukee, having won 22 straight in the series. UW is 11-0 in Milwaukee.
- Ryan is now 33-6 (.846) in the in-state round-robin with Marquette, Milwaukee and Green Bay, capping off a 3-0 sweep this season.
- The Badgers moved to 21-5 away from home over the last two seasons, including a mark of 5-0 this season. UW now owns the most road/neutral wins over that span among all major conference teams. UW's .808 win percentage is tied for second among major conference teams.
- Wisconsin won by 39 points, a record for the biggest road winning margin in school history. The Badgers eclipsed the previous record by one point, which was a 38-point winning margin at Chaminade (104-66), on Nov. 22, 1995.
- The Badgers scored 93 points, the most on the road by a Wisconsin team in the Bo Ryan era.
- UW shot a season-high 60.9% from the field, going 39-for-64, marking the team's best shooting percentage in a road game during the Bo Ryan era. UW's 60.9% shooting is also the team's best since hitting 62.0% vs. North Dakota on Nov. 16, 2010.
- Wisconsin led 45-24 at the half, the team's second-highest scoring first half of the season (52 vs. Chattanooga).
- UW owned a 24-6 first half edge on points in the paint. That equaled UWM's team total by the break.
INDIVIDUAL NOTES
- Junior Sam Dekker scored 17 points on 7-for-10 shooting, including a perfect 2-for-2 from 3-point range. Dekker has scored 15 or more points in five of the first 10 games this season.
- Senior Frank Kaminsky finished with a game-high 18 points and four rebounds. The senior big man has now scored 15 or more points in eight of the first 10 games this season.
- Kaminsky also tallied one block, giving him 117 for his career. He moved into a tie with Mike Wilkinson for fourth place on UW's all-time blocks list.
- Sophomore Bronson Koenig finished with 10 points on 4-for-4 shooting, including 2-for-2 from 3-point range, in just 19 minutes off the bench. It marked the first time Koenig reached double-figure scoring since matching a career-high with 14 points vs. Georgetown (11/27).
- Sophomore Nigel Hayes registered 13 points and a team-high 7 rebounds. Hayes shot 6-for-8 from the floor, adding one steal and one block defensively. Three of Hayes' rebounds were offensive boards, as he boosted his team lead in the category to 22 on the season.
