Brett Robinson tied for 28th through 36 holes
KENNESAW, Ga. -- Sophomore Brett Robinson and junior Michael Abrahamson finished the day in a tie for 28th and 52nd place, respectively, after 36 holes of the Pinetree Invitational.
Competing as individuals, the duo is up against 11 teams and 67 golfers in total at the Pinetree Country Club.
Robinson (78-74=152) improved upon his first round performance by firing off a 2-over 74 in the afternoon to jump up 13 spots and end the day in a tie for 28th place.
Abrahamson (82-78=160) managed to move up four spots on the leaderboard by shooting a 6-over 78 to close out the day and record his second-lowest round of the season.
Iowa State's Denzel Ieremia (71-65=136) leads the tournament at 8-under. Chris Guglielmo of Kennesaw State, Ruben Sondjaja of Iowa State and Arkansas State's Tanner Napier are all tied at 4-under to sit in second place.
Tuesday's final round will tee off at 7:10 a.m. Live scoring can be followed at GolfStat.com.
