Johns Island S.C. -- After 36 holes of the 54- Briar's Creek Invitational at John's Island, S.C.,UW is in 10th place in an 18-team field after 36-holes. The Badgers are 18-over 302-290--582. The second round 290 ties a season team 18-hole low.

Florida leads the 54-hole tournament after 36 holes with a 3-under 283-290--573. Clemson's Laurie Stephenson leads individual scoring after 38-holes with a 7-undeer 69-68--137.

UW's Brooke Ferrell, Nat Zeng and Gabby Curtis lead the Badgers tied for 38th at 4-over 148. Also competing for the Badgers are Michelle Cheung tied for 43rd with 5-over 78-73--143 and Jessica Reinecke with 8-over 75-77--152. Playing as an individual, Becky Klongland is tied for 21st with 73-73--146.
