UW set to face six Big Ten teams
MADISON, Wis. -- The Wisconsin men's golf team is back on the road this week to compete in the Windon Memorial Classic in Glenview, Illinois, from Sept. 25-26.

Hosted by Northwestern, the 54-hole tournament will be held at the par-72, 7,103-yard North Shore Country Club.
Â
Joining the Badgers are Florida, Marquette, Michigan, Iowa, Purdue, Indiana, Rutgers, UC Davis, Princeton, Northern Illinois, Eastern Michigan, DePaul and host Northwestern.

Competing for UW are senior Ben Skogen, junior Eddie Wajda, sophomore Jordan Hahn as well as freshmen Pete Kuhl and Nick Robinson.

At last weekend's FAMC Intercollegiate, Skogen, who tied for 13th place after finishing 4-over, led the Badgers while Kuhl netted a 7-over 223 to tie for 29th place. Overall, the Badgers claimed 12th place.

Only the four best scores will count towards the team's daily total. The 19th-annual Windon Memorial Classic tees off with 36 holes on Sunday beginning at 7:30 a.m. Live scoring can be found at GolfStat.com
