Let's take a look at the top five Big Ten/ACC Challenge games in Wisconsin history:
5)Â Wisconsin 69, No. 12 Maryland 64
Dec. 1, 2004 – Kohl Center, Madison, Wis.
Alando Tucker scored a career-high 27 points to lead the Badgers past No. 12 Maryland. Wisconsin's 31st-consective home win featured 15 points from Sharif Chambliss and 12 from Zach Morley as the UW bench out-scored the Terps 26-5.
4)Â Wisconsin 66, No. 14 Syracuse 58 (OT)
Dec. 2, 2015 – Carrier Dome, Syracuse, N.Y.
Bo Ryan's final game in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge was one of his best as Wisconsin stole an overtime win at No. 14 Syracuse. The Badgers overcame an uncharacteristic 20 turnovers by owning a 51-25 advantage on the glass and a 30-14 scoring edge in the paint.
Ethan Happ (18 points and 15 rebounds) and
Nigel Hayes (15 points and 12 rebounds) each posted double-doubles.
3)Â No. 22 Wisconsin 74, Virginia Tech 72
Dec. 1, 2008 – Cassell Coliseum, Blacksburg, Virginia
A Trevon Hughes floater with 0.9 seconds remaining lifted the Badgers to a road win over Virginia Tech in 2008. Wisconsin led by nine with under 1:00 remaining, but the Hokies pulled off a frantic comeback and tied the game with 7.0 seconds left. Without calling a timeout, Hughes took the inbounds pass and went coast-to-coast for the game-winning basket.
Marcus Landry scored 18 points and Jon Leuer had 17 for the Badgers, who finished 12-for-18 from 3-point range.

2)Â No. 23 Wisconsin 78, No. 13 Maryland 75 (OT)
Nov. 29, 2000 – Bradley Center, Milwaukee, Wis.
What turned out to be the final game in the Wisconsin career of head coach Dick Bennett, the Badgers knocked off No. 13 Maryland in UW's first Big Ten/ACC Challenge win. Backed by a rowdy Bradley Center crowd in Milwaukee, UW got 18 points from Kirk Penney and 15 from Charlie Wills while guard Mike Kelley dished out 12 assists to pull off the overtime upset.
Led by names like Juan Dixon, Lonny Baxter and Steve Blake, that Maryland team would go on to reach the Final Four later that season.
1) Wisconsin 73, No. 5 Duke 69
Dec. 2, 2009 – Kohl Center, Madison, Wis.
Duke's first-ever appearance in Madison was a memorable one. Wisconsin led wire-to-wire in a 73-69 triumph to clinch the Big Ten's first overall win in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge. The Badgers' landmark win set off a wild court-storming at the Kohl Center and handed the Blue Devils' their first Challenge loss (previously 10-0).Â
Duke would go on to win the National Championship that season, but not without a loss in Madison. Trevon Hughes scored 19 of his career-high 26 points in the second half, while Jon Leuer chipped in 17 for the Badgers.
