MADISON, Wis. – The No. 2 Wisconsin women's hockey team heads to Duluth, Minnesota, this weekend for a Friday-Saturday series against the Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs. Friday's contest is slated for a 7:07 p.m. puck drop while Saturday's series finale begins at 4:07 p.m.

1.HOME (ROAD) STRETCH : This weekend's series against the Bulldogs marks the final road series of the 2017-18 season for the Badgers. Following the weekend in Duluth, Wisconsin will round out regular-season play with its final home series of the year against No. 6 Minnesota.
2. CLOSING IN ON HISTORY: The Badgers are on the verge of winning the WCHA regular season for the seventh time in program history. UW also looks to win its third-straight league title, which would mark the first time in program history the Badgers have accomplished the feat. With two points in Duluth, Wisconsin would win a share of the crown, while three or more points would give the Badgers the title outright.
A week of rest is also on the line this year as the WCHA regular-season champion gets a first-round bye and automatically advances to the 2018 WCHA Final Faceoff, March 3-4, in Minneapolis.
3. SOUP'S STILL GOT IT : Despite suffering back-to-back losses last weekend in Columbus, sophomore Kristen Campbell still tops the national leaderboard in several categories. The goaltender leads the nation in goals against average with a 1.10 clip while her save percentage of .945 also paces the country. Her nine shutouts are the most by an NCAA goaltender this season, and her .883 win percentage through 30 games is the highest clip among netminders this season. Â
4. 101, WE WANT MORE:Â The Badgers are one of just five teams to have recorded over 100 goals so far this season. Wisconsin has tallied 101 goals and is currently averaging 3.37 goals per contest. Additionally, the Badgers have allowed just 34 goals through 30 games this year, the least of any team in the country.
5. SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS: Minnesota Duluth enters the weekend with a 12-13-3 overall record and an 8-10-2-2 conference file. The Bulldogs currently sit in fourth place in the WCHA standings with 28 points.
Freshmen forwards Naomi Rogge and Ashton Bell pace the Bulldogs' offense this season. Rogge has tallied 14 goals and seven assists for 21 points on the season, while Bell has contributed 11 goals and nine assists for 20 points. Additionally, Jessica Convery has backstopped the Bulldogs in 25 contests this season, compiling a .920 save percentage, a 2.24 goals against average and two shutouts on the year.
