
Hahn records top-10 finish at Big Ten Championships

Badgers place 10th as a team
BALTIMORE, Md. -- Junior Jordan Hahn played the final 36 holes in 1-under par to earn a share of 10th place at the Big Ten Championships in Baltimore, Maryland. Hahn finished the tournament at 4-over par in recording his third top-10 finish this season and seventh of his career.
After career-best 67 (-3) in the opening round from freshman standout Sam Anderson, Hahn rose to the occasion on the second day of play, shooting a 68. A consistent final 18 holes on Sunday, shooting a 1-over par 71, jumped him 14 spots on the leaderboard on the final day.
As a team, Wisconsin placed 10th with a 54-hole total of 879 (+39).
Senior Eddie Wajda joined Hahn in the top 40 with a tie for 40th place, shooting a 222 (+12). Sophomore Pete Kuhl finished in a tie for 45th place with a 223 (+13).
No. 12 Illinois grabbed first place out of 14 teams shooting an 836 (-4), 15 strokes ahead of second place Ohio State.
