What does being a Badger mean to you?Â
"To me, being a Wisconsin Badger means hustle, effort, and attitude in all areas of life. To live in the moment and be ready to compete each and every day."
Â
What was your favorite memory at the UW Field House?Â
"My favorite memory as a Badger has to be the team victory over No. 5 Nebraska in the Field House. After a heart-breaking loss two days before against No. 4 Minnesota, the team battled through adversity and put on a great performance that was accompanied by an electric crowd. From a program perspective, these are the wins that prove Wisconsin Wrestling is a national force."
Â
What are your post-graduation plans?Â
"As for my post-graduation plans, I am currently entertaining a few different options within athletic administration, investment banking, and private equity."
Â
What is the biggest lesson wrestling taught you?Â
"The biggest lesson wrestling has taught me is accountability. To be a successful student-athlete in a premier conference such as the Big Ten, you must take responsibility for your own actions and act as a professional in all facets, including academics, training, competition, diet, and many other areas. At the end of the day, to be successful in life, you need to be the one to position yourself accordingly and take the necessary steps forward in order to reach your goals."
