MADISON, Wis. — It's been over 18 months, 591 days to be exact, since the Wisconsin basketball team played in front of a crowd at the Kohl Center and we can't wait to have you back!
Fans are invited to the Kohl Center to get their first look at the 2021-22 team when the Badgers host their annual Red-White Scrimmage, presented by Kwik Trip, on Sunday, Oct. 17 at 4 p.m. (CT).
Admission is FREE and no tickets will be needed. Seating will be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Kohl Center doors (Gates A and B) will open at 2:30 p.m. (CT) with tip-off scheduled for 4 p.m.
In addition to a live game from the Badger men's basketball team, this year's Red-White Scrimmage will feature both the men's and women's basketball teams participating in shooting and skills contests and other fun. You'll meet the rosters of both programs with special pre-game introductions and hear from men's head coach Greg Gard as well as new women's head coach, Marisa Moseley.
This season, Wisconsin will combine three returning stars from last season's NCAA tournament squad in Jonathan Davis, Brad Davison and Tyler Wahl, alongside a talented group of underclassmen. A total of eight Badger newcomers are scheduled to make their Kohl Center debut at this year's Red-White Scrimmage.
Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in UW Lots 91 and 46. Lots 87 and 48 will have accessible parking only.
In accordance with UW-Madison and Public Health Madison & Dane County protocols, all fans are required to wear a face covering inside the Kohl Center. UW Athletics' carry-in policy for the Kohl Center will be enforced for the Red-White Scrimmage.
