Wes Jekel also headlined for the Badgers, setting a team record in the 100 Back in the 400 Medley Relay (45.99).

"Thus far, the Badgers have done a great job competing out here. In almost every case, we've improved our seed time and place. The highlight of our day was watching Tazman achieve Honorable Mention All-American status on 1-meter. Something that hasn't happened in almost 20 years! Wes led off our 400 Medley Relay and tied our school record in the 100 Back and the whole relay lowered our school record set earlier this month at Big Tens. We've got some big swims and dives tomorrow!"
