MINNEAPOLIS, Min.-- The Wisconsin women's tennis team fell short in its final regular season match with a 5-2 loss against Minnesota on Sunday at the Baseline Tennis Center.

The Badgers got off to a good start by winning the doubles point.
Ava Markham and
Melissa Pick notched the first doubles victory with their 6-2 win at the second position.
Anna Makarova and
Charmaine Seah clinched the doubles point with their 6-1 win over Gopher duo, Rachel Hanford and Dalila Said, at No.1 doubles.

In singles, Seah claimed the lone victory for Wisconsin with her 6-3, 6-4 win over River Hart at the fifth position.
