UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The Wisconsin women's tennis team battled Penn State down to the wire, but ultimately fell in a 4-3 defeat during dual match action at the Sarni Tennis Stadium on Friday.

Three Badgers won singles matches, but UW dropped the doubles point and it ultimately proved to be the difference.
Charmaine Seah got the Badgers on the board first by locking in a straight-sets win against Alina Lebedeva at No. 5 singles. Freshman
Jordana Ossa also won her match in straight-sets at the sixth position, while
Nastasya Semenovski rounded the effort after rallying back in the third set to win her match, 6-0, 5-7, 6-3 at No. 3 singles.
