Four NCAA Frozen Four teams to be recognized on Jan. 29 at the Kohl Center
MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin men's hockey team faces off with the No. 4 Michigan Wolverines in a pair of games Friday and Saturday, Jan. 28-29 at the Kohl Center.
Friday's game begins at 6 p.m., while Saturday is an 8 p.m. start.

Here are six quick things to know before the games:
1 - FOUR IN FOUR: Including this weekend, UW finishes the season against the Big Ten's top-four squads, all of whom are currently ranked nationally in the top 15. The Badgers host No. 4 Michigan at home before visiting No.12 Ohio State, welcoming No. 11 Notre Dame, and playing at No. 10 Minnesota for their final series of the season.
2 - OLYMPIC-BOUND BADGERS: Former Badger Ben Street was named to Team Canada's roster for the 2022 Olympic Winter Games in Beijing, China. Street sported the Cardinal and White from 2005-10 and served as captain of the Badgers in his senior seasons. He made his NHL debut during the 2012-13 season with the Calgary Flames as an undrafted player and had stints with the Colorado Avalanche, Detroit Red Wings, Anaheim Ducks and New Jersey Devils.
Badgers' equipment manager Nate LaPoint is also headed to the Olympics and will serve as equipment manager for Team USA.
Current Michigan sophomores Matty Beniers and Brendan Brisson will also represent their country as members of Team USA and Owen Powers will skate alongside Ben Street on Team Canada.
3 - BATTLE-BACK BANTLE: Sophomore transfer forward Carson Bantle netted two goals against Penn State for the second multi-goal game of his career. His first also came against Penn State earlier this season. The Onalaska native ranks among the Badgers leading scorers with six goals and three assists for nine points in 18 games.
4 - ALUMNI WEEKEND: Celebrating 50, 45, 40 and 30 years for NCAA Frozen Four appearances, members of the 1972, 1977, 1982 and 1992 Wisconsin Badgers will be in attendance and recognized before UW's game against Michigan on Saturday.
Skaters from those teams, including Jeff Rotsch (1972), Julian Baretta (1977), Ron Vincent (1982) and Barry Richter (1992) will skate out onto the ice pregame and be introduced with the starting lineup.
5 - LAST TIME OUT: The Badgers split their previous series with Michigan back in October, dropping the first game, 3-0, before claiming the second game, 4-2, against the then-No.2 ranked team. Freshman Caden Brown notched a goal and an assist in the Badgers win for his first career multi-point game.
