Wisconsin claims 6-1 victory
Chicago, Ill. - The Wisconsin women's tennis team continued its spring season with a 6-1 win over DePaul at the XS Tennis Village on Friday.

Senior Ava Markham and sophomore Alina Mukhortova each won their singles matches and earned a win in doubles play. Both players improved to 2-0 in singles and doubles for the spring season. Markham swept her singles match, winning 6-0 in the first set and 6-0 in the second frame.

Freshman Taylor Cataldi won her first singles match as a Badger, claiming the first set 6-1 and the second set 7-5. Freshman Ariel Johnson also earned a win in doubles play paired with Ava Markham.
