Straight from the Rink
Head Coach Mark Johnson
On the long weekend:

"I treated them like an NHL team. We talked about it prior to coming up here, you know, we played three games in four days and all road games. I wanted to see how we were going to react after losing a couple tough games up in Minneapolis."

On getting the game in against St. Thomas:
"It was important and we were hoping to get a second one and have them travel down to us but things didn't work out that way. It was important to get it in and it wasn't hard for us from a logistics standpoint."

Senior Daryl Watts
On the game:

"I'm happy we secured the win on game three of our long road trip. The St. Thomas goalie played great. Tonight's game reinforces how important it is to capitalize on our chances moving forward."

Redshirt junior Cami Kronish
On the win:

"It felt great to finally get my first complete-game win. I'm so thankful for my amazing teammates who made my job easier and also make coming to the rink the best part of my day."
