Wisconsin travels to College Park for conference game
COLLEGE PARK, Md. – This Friday the Wisconsin men's soccer team heads to College Park, Maryland, for a Big Ten game against the No. 7 Maryland.

LOOKING BACK: UW Madison has faced Maryland 12 times in soccer, having an all-time record of 3-8-1, however the Badgers were victorious in the most recent meeting, winning 1-0 last season at home on Oct. 3, 2021. The Badgers are also 3-1-1 over the last five meetings in the series dating back to a victory in the 2017 Big Ten Tournament.

2. PLAYERS TO WATCH: Junior Maxwell Keenan was just named to the College Soccer News – Men's National Team of the Week for the week ending October 9. Keenan has five goals and two assists and scored the game winner against Michigan in the Badgers' first Big Ten win of the season on Friday.
The Terrapins have been on a roll and only have one loss this season, which came against No. 20 Denver on Sept 2. Midfielder Malcolm Johnston leads the way for Maryland with five goals and two assists through 10 games played this season.

3. NATIONAL TV - ESPNU: The game against Maryland on Friday will air on ESPNU and stream through ESPN+ beginning at 4 p.m. CT.Â
Actually, the Badgers next three games will all air on TV, with next Tuesday's home game against Indiana, as well as the Oct. 23 contest at Northwestern both airing on BTN.
