Wisconsin seals off weekend with singles wins over Columbia
SOUTH BEND, Ind. - After battling two tough teams in Kentucky and Notre Dame on Friday and Saturday, the Badgers ended the Notre Dame Invitational on a positive. The women put on a great display in their singles matches against Columbia earlier today, with four of the five Badgers coming away with wins.Â
Straight from Head Coach Kelcy McKenna: "As a team, we need to continue to prioritize the process of improving over results. We learned some invaluable lessons this weekend, and must push ourselves to prepare the right way as we look to be ready for regionals."
Next up, Wisconsin will compete in the ITA Women's Midwest Regionals, which run from October 20-25 in Ann Arbor, Michigan.Â
