Canada takes both games in December Rivalry Series

Three Badgers score in final rivalry series of 2022
MADISON, Wis. — A trio of former Wisconsin women's hockey standouts scored goals during the second leg of the Rivalry Series between the United States and Canada in December, which featured a pair of wins for Hockey Canada.
Former Badgers Hilary Knight and Abby Roque, along with current Badgers Jesse Compher, Lacey Eden and Caroline Harvey all suited up for Team USA during the games in Henderson, Nevada and Los Angeles while Kristen Campbell, Emily Clark, Ann-Renee Desbiens, Sarah Nurse and Blayre Turnbull were on the Hockey Canada roster. In addition, UW Director of Operations Sis Paulsen and athletic trainer Stefanie Arndt were on the USA Hockey staff for the December portion of the Rivalry Series.
Sarah Nurse scored the game-winning goal for Hockey Canada while Blayre Turnbull scored for the Canadians and Hilary Knight added a tally for the Americans.
Campbell made 21 stops for the Canadians, including a crucial stop on UW sophomore Lacey Eden late in the third period.
Former UW standouts Emily Clark and current Badger defender Caroline Harvey each had assists in the game while nine of the Badgers suited up in the Hollywood clash.

Game One: Thursday, Dec. 15 - Hockey Canada 3, USA Hockey 2
