Wisconsin students take their shots to win FREE student season tickets on the Kohl Center ice
MADISON, Wis. – Mark your calendars Crease Creatures! Join the Wisconsin men's hockey team and take your shot for free season tickets at the 2023 Student Shootout on Wednesday, Sept. 27 at the Kohl Center.
Doors open at Gate B for the 10th annual Student Shootout at 5:30 p.m. Head coach Mike Hastings is expected to greet students at the entrance and address the student section at 5:45. First shot is expected at 6 p.m.
Join us for FREE Toppers pizza to the first 500 students. Admission is free and students must wear closed-toe shoes. Sticks and pucks will be provided.
Students in line by 8 p.m. will get a chance to take their shot.
Once again, students will have the opportunity to show their skills on the ice with the Wisconsin men's hockey team in an accuracy shooting contest. Each participant will have a chance to score free season tickets and be part of the Crease Creatures during Wisconsin hockey's 2023-24 season! Over 100 season ticket packages were won in each of the last few seasons, a value of $120.
If any UW student has purchased 2023-24 season tickets and wins a free season ticket package at the event, the original cost will be reimbursed.
