Wisconsin women's basketball releases complete 2024-25 schedule

51st season officially tips off Nov. 5
MADISON, Wis. -Â The Wisconsin women's basketball team will begin its 51st season this November. Throughout the season, the team will work to uphold the program's traditions and rich history.Â
Wisconsin's regular season will include 15 home games, including 9 Big Ten matchups.
The season will unofficially begin on Oct. 29th, with a home exhibition against UW-Stevens Point, with the official tip-off on Nov. 5 against Wright State.
The non-conference schedule features in-state rivalry against Milwaukee (Nov. 17) and out-of-state contenders like the South Dakota State Jackrabbits (Nov. 13).
Then, the Badgers will head south for the Cancun Challenge, where they will play three games in three days, facing Providence (Nov. 28), San Diego State (Nov. 29), and VCU (Nov. 30).
Head coach Marisa Moseley's team begins Big Ten play on Sunday, Dec. 8th, hosting the Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
The Big Ten Tournament will occur on March 5-9th, 2025, at the Gainbridge Field House in Indianapolis, Ind.
