Boltz strikes late against Marquette as Badgers win fourth straight

The Badgers 4-0 start is their best start to a season since 2005.

MADISON, Wis. – Freshman Dean Boltz put together another three-point performance to push the Wisconsin men's soccer team past the Marquette Golden Eagles and a 4-0-0 season start.

How it happened
Both teams traded chances early but went into the half scoreless. Marquette scored the first goal of the night on a penalty kick in the 56th minute to take the lead. Boltz helped Wisconsin rally back to level, setting up freshman Matthew Zachemski's second goal of the season in the 70th minute.

Boltz sealed the deal himself in the 86th minute, tucking in a shot on a header from Noah Glorioso. That marked Boltz' seventh goal in his first four career games and now owns goals in four games straight.
