MADISON, Wis. - Wisconsin men's tennis will send every player on the roster to Chicago, Illinois, for the ITA Midwest Regional Championships. The tournament is hosted by DePaul University and will run from Oct. 16 through Oct. 20.

Here are five things to know:

1 – FALL SEASON SO FAR – The Wisconsin men's tennis team has participated in three tournaments this fall, with every player except Oliver Olsson seeing action. All nine Badgers will see the court at the ITA Midwest Regional Championships this weekend. 

2 – WEEKEND PAIRINGS – The Badgers will have four doubles partnerships participating in the ITA Midwest Regional Championships. Juniors Oliver Olsson and Tomas Zlatohlavek will see the court for the first time together this fall. The duo was ranked No. 72 in the ITA Preseason Rankings. Minnesota natives Collin Beduhn and Matthew Fullerton will take on Notre Dame's duo in the first round. Wisconsin will also have Michael Minasyan and Ferdinand Kloesters partnered and sophomores Patrik Meszaros and Edouard Aubert together. 

3 – ACROSS THE LAKE – Sophomores Sachiv Kumar and Ferdinand Kloesters played for the first time this fall at the Hope RSM Invite in Holland, Michigan. The tournament featured a dominant duo format, and the Badger duo bested Michigan State in the first round. Kloesters went 2-2 in singles play throughout the weekend, while Kumar finished 1-3. 

4 – UP NEXT – After the ITA Regional Championships, the Badgers will prepare to host the Big Ten Individual Championships at Nielsen Tennis Stadium. Big Tens will run from Oct. 30 through Nov. 2 in Madison.
