AUBURN, Ala. - The Wisconsin women's tennis team lost in the round of 32 against the Auburn Tigers, finishing their season.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
Wisconsin got off to a slow start, conceding the doubles point to the Tigers. Ekaterina Ivanova and Taylor Cataldi dropped the first match of the day 1-6 to the Tigers. From there, Auburn clinched the doubles point in a win over the Freshman duo of Parker Christensen and Tianna Rangan.
In singles matches the Badgers were able to get some momentum behind Senior, Ariel Johnson who picked up the only point of the day for the Badgers in a 6-3, 6-1 victory over Ava Esposito. Auburn was able to grab three more wins to clinch the game and move on to the round of 16.Â
 This match concluded a great season for Wisconsin, who matched their win total from last season at 19.
